What's coming this Season
Chicken
We raise a variety of meat birds at any given time: Jackie's, Imperial Reds, Freedom Rangers, Kosher Kings, and we even raised Delawares! $6.50 a lbs whole
While our hens are laying, eggs are available for $5.00 a dozen.
Lamb
Our lambs are growing well out on our pasture! We still have a few available to purchase if you are looking for breeders or freezers!
Pigs
Our forest-raised, Berkshire pigs are doing well! Their foraging is CRAZY! Serious diggers- we still have pig shares available, $6.50 lbs hanging weight!
Goose
This has been interesting and fun! Geese are seriously social birds and are little lawn mowers. We moved away from putting a goose on the table to selling eggs to eat and some hatching eggs in the Spring.
Rabbits
They eat a lot of scraps that could go to the compost pile; but why wait for fertilizer when they can eat it and we have ready made the next day! We sell rabbits live and for the table. Table rabbits are $10 lbs
